When you have an active stream, the icon indicates the widget is collapsed. Click it to expand.
When expanded, the widget will remain shown even if you aren’t hovering over the card.
Clicking the Chevron to the left of the widget to open the Graph View.
This will show you the trend across the last 30 seconds.
Hovering over the graph will allow you to see the exact Mb/s at that moment.
To hide the widget, simply click on the widget (around the Mb/s text).
