# IP Address, Port, and Frame Rate

> Configure the streaming endpoints for your video card.

Together, your **IP** and **Port** number make the streaming endpoint.

The IP address options are taken from the detected system IPs, in addition to Localhost (127.0.0.1) and Unspecified (0.0.0.0).

**FPS** specifies the *RECORDING* framerate.

  For best recordings, make sure the `Recording FPS` is set to match with the
  framerate selected in dweOS.

When the card **isn't** streaming, you can edit all fields, as shown below.

When the card **is** streaming, the **IP** and **Port** fields are disabled, as shown below. To edit them, stop the stream first.
